Job Title: Head of Commercial

Job Summary:

Sensize is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing commercial strategies, and leading a team of commercial professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy:
    • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure commercial performance.
    • Monitor and analyze commercial performance data to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Identify and address customer needs, providing solutions and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
    • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of commercial strategies and tactics.
  • Skills:
    • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations, finance, and marketing.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
