Freightserve is seeking a skilled Freight Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer requirements are met and taking corrective actions in case of deviations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform booking deliveries and collections.
  • Monitor bookings until delivery.
  • Process documents & labels to the warehouse team for pick & pack orders.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers & suppliers.
  • Identify performance issues of suppliers and inform customers accordingly.
  • Perform operating systems related tasks to provide up-to-date information on shipments.
  • Partially warehouse work (picking items, stock checks).

Requirements:

  • Good communication and administration experience.
  • Fluent in English verbal/written.
  • Telephone manner skills.

Benefits:

  • Company bonus scheme.
  • 29 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.
