Project and Impact Manager - Knowledge Exchange

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project and Impact Manager to join our Knowledge Exchange team at Jisc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing KE project lifecycles by developing and implementing initiatives and processes from project conception to impact evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop, implement, and continuously improve KEO-led project and related process management.
  • Project Governance: Drive project management and governance, and lead on project reporting, including preparing relevant documentation, conducting stakeholder analysis, managing risks, issues, and changes.
  • Financial Management: Manage project-related finance and procurement processes within KE, in alignment with Jisc systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Skills: Proven project management and impact evaluation skills.
  • International Project Experience: Experience managing and supporting complex international projects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and influence.
  • Meeting Management: Experience managing and organizing in-person, online, and hybrid meetings, workshops, or webinars.
  • Financial Skills: Experience working with financial, budgeting, procurement, and contracting processes.
