Project Manager - Events and Exhibitions

Live Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Southwest of England. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete management of projects through their entire life-cycle, from design concepting and budgeting through to delivery and client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client exhibits and oversee the complete management of projects
  • Provide expert advice to support client decision making on their exhibition presence
  • Attend key client meetings and reviews
  • Ensure post-project debriefs, lessons learned, data/metrics analysis, etc. are undertaken and shared with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the new business team in pitch work for new clients
  • Project estimates and analyze profitability of projects

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable skills in project management, client/colleague communication and liaison, time and process management, budget spreadsheets, and supplier negotiation
  • Appreciate the role of good design and have a level of creative experience
  • Understand detail drawings and have a sound understanding of build materials and production techniques
