Role Overview: Quantity Surveyor
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of commercial dynamics, focusing on profitability and cash flow.
- Involvement in managing commercial aspects related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages.
- Oversee various commercial functions, including procurement, tendering, contract management, variations, and subcontractor management through to final accounts.
- Aim to mitigate risks and costs while maximizing value through detailed analysis of labor, equipment, and materials.
- Extensive experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors, particularly in commercial roles with leading contracting firms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Solid background in managing MEP packages.
- Comprehensive experience from pre-contract to post-contract phases.
- Experience in large-scale projects and construction management.
- Strategic thinker capable of analyzing internal and external data to guide business direction.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
