About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our client's team. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for managing tenders, researching and gathering relevant information, and submitting competitive tenders to win work for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake tenders by reviewing and completing tender forms, ensuring they meet the given specifications, and providing pricing in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
  • Obtain estimates and prices from sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and issue tenders in line with tender documentation.
  • Conduct site surveys and edit design drawings.
  • Follow up tenders and assist with securing projects.
  • Provide leadership for continuously improving the estimating process.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience as an estimator within M&E building services.
  • Good technical knowledge of Electrical building services.
  • Experience working in the Shell & Core and Office Fit Out or Data Centre sectors.
  • Experience using Electrika estimating software.
