About the RoleAs the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure that the property is safe, secure, and fully operational. Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of all facilities.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain building systems and services.
- Monitor and manage building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
- Support in the management of budgets and service charge allocations.
- Assist with tenant liaison, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements within the building.
- Provide support in the planning and execution of building projects and renovations.
- A competitive salary of £42,000.
