About the Role

As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure that the property is safe, secure, and fully operational. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and monitoring building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of all facilities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain building systems and services.
  • Monitor and manage building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Support in the management of budgets and service charge allocations.
  • Assist with tenant liaison, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements within the building.
  • Provide support in the planning and execution of building projects and renovations.
