We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Communications Manager to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a pivotal role in securing funding for our charity and enhancing our visibility and engagement with donors and other audiences.
The successful candidate will have experience in fundraising, communications, or marketing, with a proven track record of writing successful grant applications, meeting targets, and managing relationships with funders. You will also have experience of trust and foundation fundraising, strategic fundraising planning, and developing content for various platforms.
As a Fundraising and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading our communication strategy, line managing the Communications Officer, and enhancing the charity's visibility and engagement with donors and other audiences. You will also be responsible for managing workloads, prioritizing tasks, and working effectively under pressure.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about fundraising and communications. If you have a strong track record of securing funding and developing effective communication strategies, we would love to hear from you.
