**Job Title:** Resident Liaison Officer

**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent

**Location:** Cambridge and surrounding areas

**Salary:** £27,000 - £30,000 + company van and fuel card

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our Planned Works team, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with residents in social housing to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work on planned maintenance projects, including retrofit works
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, neighbourhood housing associations, and other stakeholders
  • Provide information and support to residents on planned works, including pre-entry visits and company inductions
  • Collect and process tenancy agreement and approval forms
  • Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on planned works and address any concerns or queries
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents and deal with any problems or queries
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with neighbourhood housing associations
  • Visit properties being refurbished to advise potential tenants on completion dates
  • Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to advise residents on planned works
