We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As the first point of contact for events, you will be responsible for coordinating bookings, managing queries from delegates, sponsors, stakeholders, and guest speakers.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
