Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bioanalytical Project Manager to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing bioanalytical projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Study Direction: Act as the Study Director/Principal Investigator/Responsible Scientist for assigned regulatory studies, ensuring that all aspects of the study are conducted in accordance with GLP/GCP and good documentation practice.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the key contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and ensuring that client requirements are met.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and deliver high-quality bioanalytical reports, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Manage the workload and tasks of scientific staff performing analysis for assigned studies, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Hold a degree in a Life Sciences or Chemistry-related subject (e.g. Biochemistry).
  • Experience: Proven industry experience working in a regulatory bioanalytical laboratory, including hands-on experience using LC-MS/MS.
  • Skills: A working knowledge and practical experience working to GLP/GCP standards.
