Site Operations Manager

Strive Supply Chain, a leading management recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Site General Manager to lead our Warehouse and Transport operations in Sussex.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering all elements of the Operations in line with plan, across both Warehouse and Transport. This includes managing the depot management team to drive operational efficiencies, service excellence, and productivity to constantly improve depot performance.
You will also be responsible for managing the commercial operation of the depot to ensure the profit budget target is met or exceeded, as well as ensuring all H&S, Legal Compliance of the depot is adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver all elements of the Operations in line with plan, across both Warehouse and Transport.
- Manage the depot management team to drive operational efficiencies, service excellence, and productivity.
- Manage the commercial operation of the depot to ensure the profit budget target is met or exceeded.
- Ensure all H&S, Legal Compliance of the depot is adhered to.
- Proven experience in managing and leading Warehouse and Transport operations within an FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of operational and logistics KPIs, with a passion for customer service and delivery of excellent service.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional operational efficiencies and improvements through CI/project management.
- Effective track record of people management and leadership.
