Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and lead our staff in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer footfall and drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have a proven track record of leading a team and achieving business objectives, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be enthusiastic and driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.

You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
