About the Role
We invite you to be a part of Babcock International Group as the Strategic Systems Training Infrastructure Lead within our Mission Systems division. In this pivotal position, you will be integral to the Dreadnought Team, working closely with the Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA) to ensure the successful implementation of the Strategic Weapon System Training Infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary liaison for critical elements of the Dreadnought training infrastructure.
- Take charge of defining, budgeting, and overseeing essential training infrastructure initiatives.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide updates on the planning and status of training facilities.
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Act as the Training Point of Contact for wider communities.
Requirements
Strong communication abilities, experience in project management, and familiarity with submarine and maritime systems are essential. Experience with Strategic Weapon Support Systems is highly advantageous.
Qualifications
Engineering or project management qualifications are required, along with a commitment to achieving professional body membership.
Security Clearance
Applicants must be capable of obtaining and maintaining Security Check (SC) clearance for this role.
