Healthcare Assistant - Supported Living

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team in providing exceptional support to residents in supported living facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care and medication management, and meal preparation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Monitor and record health changes, reporting concerns
  • Encourage and assist residents in participating in social and recreational activities
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months personal care experience in a paid environment within the last 2 years in the UK or Ireland
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships
  • Living in the UK and having the right to work
