Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing architecture for bespoke memory chips that meet the rising technological demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Analog/Mixed Signal power management circuits in CMOS
  • Conduct top-level simulation and verification, block and top-level design from specification
  • Oversee circuit/block layout, lab evaluation, and support for circuit blocks
  • Interpret requirement specifications to achieve design strategies

Requirements:

  • Industry degree qualified in Analog/Mixed Signal IC design, layout, switching converters, Charge Pumps, Buck/Boost, and Linear regulators
  • Experience in Analog IC Design at transistor level in CMOS, with a strong understanding of Cadence tools for Analog design (ADE Virtuoso, Spectre)
  • Experience in IC Layout at transistor level, with an understanding of Analog design flows (schematic, Electrical Spice Simulations, DRC, LVS, EXTRACT, Post Layout simulation)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with enthusiasm and the ability to show initiative
