Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer, IC Design to join our team at pSemi. As a key member of our IC Design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for various applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for various applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and design records
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in analog integrated circuit design and power management circuit design
  • 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Demonstrated working experience in more than one foundry process
  • Exceptional knowledge of industry standard design conventions and rules in analog circuit design
  • Solid understanding of analog circuit theory and power management circuits
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading at least 5 power management chip products on the market today
  • Collaboration on at least 10 analog IC chip designs
  • System level understanding
  • Experience in a startup environment
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Master's or PhD preferred
