The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a successful sales/recruitment background, be confident, punctual, and hardworking, with strong IT skills, communication skills, and a money-motivated attitude.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing specialist teachers, teaching assistants, and support workers for schools and care homes
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Compliance, including DBS checks, references requests, and updating the CRM database
  • Working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Cold calling candidates and potential clients
  • CV screening and formatting
  • Shortlisting candidates for open vacancies
  • Briefing candidates before interviews
  • Posting job ads
  • Assisting with candidate application queries
  • Supporting out-of-hours calls
