Job Summary:

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Transport Division as a Trainee Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting, interviewing, and placing professional drivers into our clients within the Cheshire and Merseyside area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and engage with potential candidates to fill job openings in the transport industry.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws in the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with our established Recruitment Consultants to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel as required.
  • Experience in recruitment or a related field is not required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.
