Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Pertemps Crewe is currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our recently established and highly successful Transport Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attracting, interviewing, and placing professional drivers into our clients within the Cheshire and Merseyside area.
  • Business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with a view to utilizing our services as and when required.
  • Networking within the local area with a view to raising the company's profile within the Cheshire and Merseyside area.
  • Ensuring full compliance by ensuring both our candidates and clients are fully compliant.
  • Reference checking candidates prior to placing them on assignment with our clients.
  • Working alongside our already established Recruitment Consultant.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze information.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential. You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organization is key.
  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • A drive, tenacity, and real customer focus.
  • Experience in recruitment is not required.
Job Details:
  • Location: Crewe.
  • Starting salary: £25,300 P/A + very competitive commission structure.
  • Duration: Permanent.
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday.
