About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Willows, Mobberley. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to NMC guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive care, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the care experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills, ensuring best practices are reflected in daily care.
Requirements
  • Active UK PIN and current residence within a 10-mile radius of The Willows, Mobberley.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
