Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our engineering and technical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical decision-making process for projects
  • Develop and implement project-specific dimensional control strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company and project quality requirements
  • Manage and produce quality assurance documentation
  • Provide technical leadership to the project technical team
  • Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement
  • Manage and influence key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners

Requirements

  • Professional qualification with the Institution of Civil Engineers or similar professional body
  • Experience in developing construction methods and sequencing
  • Ability to check design output to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Expertise in the management of temporary works
  • Experience in managing health, safety, and environmental aspects of projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet key deadlines
