About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at The Early Careers Company. As a key member of our Corporate Communications team, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-profile campaigns and projects for our clients in the infrastructure and built environment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies to meet client objectives
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve exceptional results
    • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Identify and develop opportunities for team members to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
    • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive business growth
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business development strategies
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in PR/communications, preferably in the infrastructure and built environment sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting client objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial environment
