The Impact You'll Make

In this leadership role, you will:

  • Develop Future Leaders: Implement best practices and strategies to ensure our education program meets the Premier League's Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) requirements.
  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Create a dynamic learning environment where students are empowered to achieve their full potential.
  • Lead a Dedicated Team: Provide expert guidance and support to our education team, fostering a collaborative spirit to deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with partner schools, parents, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A demonstrable history of raising educational standards and achieving outstanding outcomes in a professional sports environment.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team of educators in a school or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.
