Job Description

Our client, a leading multidisciplinary professional practice, is seeking a skilled Drainage and Flood Risk Engineer/Senior Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on drainage and flood risk strategies to support planning applications.

About the Role

  • Prepare and review flood risk assessments and drainage strategy documents
  • Input into draft site masterplans to ensure layouts accommodate drainage and flood risk requirements
  • Manage projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with the team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in preparing and reviewing flood risk assessments and drainage strategy documents
  • Experience working on residential and non-residential projects around the UK
  • Knowledge of software such as Microdrainage/Flow and AutoCAD or their equivalents
  • Ability to manage projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with the team
