As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to generate leads and secure valuation appointments
  • Provide accurate and appropriate advice to prospective clients on all aspects of a property sale
  • Work towards individual and team-based incentives to drive sales performance
  • Successfully promote products and services to our customers, including developing leads for our valuation and mortgage advice teams
Requirements
  • A proven track record working in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment
  • Superb written and spoken English skills
  • An enthusiastic and professional telephone manner
  • Local property market knowledge (desirable)
  • Telephone sales experience gained from within a call centre environment (desirable)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 to £28,500 per annum, plus a monthly bonus based on hitting individual and team targets. You will also receive 29 days annual leave per annum and a statutory pension contribution. Our dynamic and supportive work environment provides opportunities for career growth and development.
