Job Title: Makeup Artist & Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Makeup Artist & Sales Associate to join our team at Selfridges. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our beauty products and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends
  • Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, and provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Adapt to changing business needs and priorities, and be flexible in your approach
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, and support colleagues in achieving their goals

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for beauty
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
