Job Title: Makeup Artist & Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Makeup Artist & Sales Associate to join our team at Selfridges. As a key member of our beauty team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of makeup products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our makeup products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

About You:

  • Experience working in a retail or beauty environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for beauty
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business
