The organization is in search of a skilled Systems Infrastructure Specialist to become a vital part of their expanding team. This role is essential for maintaining a secure, efficient, and resilient IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, support teams, and external managed service providers to enhance and sustain IT operations. This position presents a unique chance to engage in a dynamic environment, contributing to advanced projects across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and resolve physical hardware challenges in partnership with the support team
  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting for complex hardware issues
  • Facilitate the migration from Google services to Microsoft SharePoint
  • Manage access control systems and integrate CCTV solutions
  • Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems
  • Configure and oversee Meraki on-premises and cloud networking
  • Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders and senior management
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to address IT-related inquiries
  • Provide technical assistance and training to internal personnel and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with third-party managed service providers to ensure seamless IT operations
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure technologies

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Technical Proficiencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure
  • Experience in network management, particularly with Meraki and CCTV systems
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Understanding of Access Control Systems

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and providing user support

Preferred Attributes:

  • Desire to learn new technologies and systems (e.g., CCTV and access control)
  • Experience in managed service environments is advantageous
