We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stock Replenishment Assistant to join our team at Guidant Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient replenishment of stock within our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Stock Replenishment: Move and replenish stock within the store, including heavy lifting and handling of alcohol.
- Quality Control: Check best before and expiry dates to ensure the quality of our products.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the appearance of display units and shelving to ensure a neat and presentable store environment.
- Housekeeping: Perform housekeeping activities to maintain a tidy and organized work area.
- Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
- Stock Handling: Handle stock with care to maintain quality and ensure it reaches customers in the best condition.
- Store Preparation: Ensure the store is ready for customers' arrival by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Teamwork: Work effectively within a team and communicate openly with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism by being on time, well-presented, and representing the company in a positive manner.
- Previous experience in supermarket retail, with a strong focus on stock replenishment.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and night shifts.

- Ability to lift and handle heavy stock.
