About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Safety and Security Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent position operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all personnel and visitors at the site.
- Manage security operations including gatehouse barriers and turnstile functionality.
- Guide visitors and staff to designated parking areas.
- Oversee the signing in process for visitors and contractors, including key issuance.
- Coordinate the booking, issuing, and return of company vehicles.
- Administer access control cards and temporary access card distribution.
- Ensure comprehensive handover procedures are followed for the next shift.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a security officer role or a similar capacity.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to promote safe working practices.
- Willingness to engage in necessary training and development.
