Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent in the future. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to manage behavior and support children with their learning. In the mornings, you will assist with classroom management and provide individualized support to students. In the afternoons, you will follow teacher plans and lead whole-class lessons.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Flexibility in your practice
  • Positive, reflective, and resilient approach
  • Strong behavior management skills and ability to build positive relationships with students
