Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health challenges in accessing tailored care packages.
  • Facilitate pathways to sustainable employment for service users, ensuring ongoing support for those currently employed who may require additional assistance.
  • Deliver high-quality Supported Employment services through personalized advice and guidance, fostering a client-centered approach.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with adult social care services, mental health professionals, local employers, and other stakeholders to enhance referral opportunities.
  • Assist clients in overcoming barriers to employment, helping them to achieve their career aspirations.
