About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacy Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our pharmacy team to deliver high-quality services to the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pharmacy services to meet the needs of our patients and the wider community.
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and referrals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the pharmacy team and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm).
- Proven experience in pharmacy management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
