Full-Time Apprenticeship

Our 12-month apprenticeship program offers a unique blend of hands-on training and theoretical knowledge, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the culinary industry.

Training and Development

You will have the opportunity to work in various sections of the kitchen, including craft training, butchery, foraging, smoking, and curing meats. Our expert trainers will guide you through the process, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.

Personalized Support

You will receive a full knife set, uniform, practical cookery book, and recipe journal, as well as access to a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Our menu changes daily, allowing you to develop your creativity and come up with new ideas.
