Job Title: Finance Manager

Elegant Clutter Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, credit control, cash management, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the general ledger, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Develop and implement effective credit control procedures to minimize bad debts and optimize cash flow.
  3. Oversee cash management, including cash receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  4. Manage petty cash, employee expenses, and company credit cards.
  5. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  6. Collaborate with the Financial Controller to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and banks.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Sage accounting system or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
