Key Responsibilities

The VP of Aircraft Management Sales will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and growth in assigned territories. This role will have input on commercial decisions and marketing insights, and will be accountable for business development and owner retention.

Main Objectives
  • Lead the generation of new aircraft management business revenue and growth;
  • Develop and execute prospect proposals for both new and existing aircraft owners;
  • Lead strategic targeting efforts of new corporate verticals, segmenting research and joining field meetings with new prospects;
  • Ensure effective collaboration with field sales colleagues in the development of high-quality, analytically rigorous sales;
  • Lead the commercial support ensuring the optimal structure of customer contracts in order to win new accounts, agree renewals, and maximise customer retention;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or related field;
  • Demonstrate leadership, management and organisational skills;
  • Knowledge of commercial aviation industry;
  • Proven experience in acquiring UHNW clients in the private aviation industry;
  • Fluency in Business English (written and verbal) and other European languages preferred.
