Job Summary:

The NonStop Consulting team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Work Practitioner to join our Family Support and Child Protection team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable children and families, working closely with our established family engagement group and children in care forums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert social work support to children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and deliver effective practice, including Public Law Outline and court proceedings.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training and development opportunities for front-line practitioners.
  • Participate in practice development and delivery, learning from children, young people, and families.

Requirements:

  • Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
  • Extensive post-qualifying social work experience, including experience within section 7s, child protection, and initial assessment.
  • Strong understanding of the Social Work Qualification and its application in practice.
