We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Women of Hope-Vine program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality services to residents, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and Catholic Social Services standards.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Oversight: Plan, develop, and oversee the provision of services to ensure conformity with sound social work practice, Catholic Social Services philosophy, and applicable licensing/accreditation/funding requirements.
- Staff Supervision and Management: Directly supervise Social Work Supervisor, Food Service Manager, Residential Coordinator, and Maintenance staff, ensuring appropriate staffing to maintain 24-hour coverage and compliance with PCH regulations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain relationships and responsibilities with DBHIDS, providing necessary programming and fiscal weekly/monthly reports, and working closely with DBHIDS to implement and maintain state licensure.
- Quality Improvement and Compliance: Regularly update site-based Policy and Procedural Manual, monitor Quality Improvements Initiative standards, and ensure fiscal procedures are in compliance with licensed Personal Care Home regulations and Catholic Social Services.
- Financial Management: Prepare, monitor, and maintain program budget, including personnel time records, office and travel expenses, security and maintenance of facility, budgets for outside contractual services, and petty cash.
- Master's degree in social work with at least three years of progressive supervisory and management experience.
- Personal Care Home Administrator certification within the first 90 days of employment.
- Flexibility of work schedule and ability to collaborate with staff and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to advocate for the needs of the client population.
