Job Title: Internal Auditor

Residential Management Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join their team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with ISO standards and maintaining the effectiveness of internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 14001 compliance.
  • Manage and execute the internal audit program, conducting independent audits of the QMS, Information Security Management System (ISMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS).
  • Respond to and deliver compliance with all audit requests, both internal and external.
  • Proactively manage the oversight of audit findings, responses, and corrective actions.
  • Write clear and concise reports that provide management with assurance on the effectiveness of internal control, inform management of any issues that need addressing, and make recommendations to improve business processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience auditing to ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 standards, with evidence of successful delivery of ISO standards.
  • Strong data analytics skills and experience using advanced Excel functions and/or dedicated analytics software to undertake data analytics audit techniques.
  • Expert knowledge of auditing principles and processes.
  • High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues at all levels within the group and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and understand process mapping.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload within a quarterly planning schedule and defined performance measures.
