Internal Auditor Job Description

Residential Management Group is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with ISO standards and maintaining the effectiveness of our internal control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of effective business assurance services across the organization
  • Undertake internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards
  • Maintain and develop the company's Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS)
  • Conduct independent audits of the QMS, ISMS, and EMS
  • Respond to and deliver compliance with all audit requests, both internal and external
  • Proactively manage the oversight of audit findings, responses, and corrective actions
  • Write clear and concise reports that provide management with assurance on the effectiveness of internal control
Requirements:
  • Experience auditing to ISO27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, and 14001:2015 standards
  • Strong data analytics skills and experience of using advanced Excel functions and/or dedicated analytics software
  • Expert knowledge of auditing principles and processes
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload within a quarterly planning schedule and defined performance measures
