Aftersales Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aftersales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Hales Group Limited. As an Aftersales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Process customer enquiries for spares via phone or email
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for spares, including liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Request quotes from suppliers and process purchases to the best price and quality
  • Produce quotations and follow up with customers
  • Convert enquiries to sales orders
  • Communicate with operations in all departments
  • Actively promote spares sales for all contracts
  • Issue priced recommended critical spares lists for all new and recent contracts
  • Data entry on the MRP system
  • Proactively source new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
