HR Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our Head Office team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR Business Partners in all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners in the delivery of HR services
  • Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new starters, including paperwork, inductions, and IT setup
  • Support employee relations case management, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
  • Administer learning and development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Head office based role, with occasional travel requiredHours:

40 hours a week
