We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Worker to join our team at Hafod in the Bridgend area. This role will be key in providing a personalised informed service in accordance with our service users' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will involve working in close partnership with all relevant agencies and local networks to support individuals to develop independent living skills to enable them to sustain a tenancy. You will be assisting service users with daily living skills to remain as independent as possible.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of supporting individuals with varying support needs. You'll have a good understanding of the changing needs of individuals with a sound working knowledge of the Housing Benefits system. You'll need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and build supportive relationships.
