Job Title: Compliance Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Training Manager to join our team at Toyota Financial Services, KINTO and KINTO JOIN. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the compliance training requirements across the Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver compliance training to the business, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of and understand the regulatory framework.
  • Interpret new and amended regulations, identify business relevance and significance, and develop effective strategies to test for competence.
  • Collaborate with the Business Assurance team and liaise with external bodies to stay up-to-date with changing industry requirements.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across the business to create meaningful and specific training interventions to support business compliance.
  • Develop 'just in time' training and coaching solutions to support our customer-facing areas.
  • Ensure TFSUK complies with all relevant regulatory training and maintain accurate records of attendees.
Requirements:
  • A proven compliance professional with up-to-date industry compliance/regulatory framework knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead training on all risk, compliance, and competence topics.
