Position Overview:

We are excited to announce an opening for the Head of Marketing Operations position. In this role, you will lead the Regional Marketing teams and collaborate closely with the VP of Brand & Content Marketing, as well as the Lifestyle and Brand/Content teams. Your primary focus will be to effectively convey the ongoing strategies of the group through various channels including campaigns, public relations, marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, organize, and implement the annual campaign calendars for the PPHE Hotel Group, along with multi-brand B2C, B2B, and M&E campaigns, in conjunction with broader marketing teams, including Arena Hospitality Group and Radisson Hotel Group.
  • Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities and initiatives.
  • Oversee the UK & NL Regional Marketing teams, collaborating with local General Managers and hotel teams to execute the Park Plaza 90-day plans and ongoing marketing activities.
  • Engage actively in Marketing, PR, Commercial, and Operational meetings.
  • Manage and strategize Regional PR activities.
  • Coordinate and execute media and marketing events effectively.
  • Direct and oversee photo, video, and multimedia productions across the estate.
  • Monitor, report, and communicate activity results.
  • Manage the hotel Content Matrices, ensuring timely updates of hotel, restaurant, bar, M&E, and other relevant online platforms and listings.
  • Assist the VP of Brand & Content Marketing and other team members in launching new hotels, restaurants, and products.
  • Provide and disseminate relevant industry and competitor insights.
  • Supervise PR & Marketing Managers in both the UK & NL regions.
  • Support the Brand, Guest, and Digital Experience team with various initiatives.
