As a part of our staff bank, you will have the chance to select shifts that align with your availability, following a comprehensive paid induction program. This role provides access to a variety of shifts, ensuring you can maintain a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver compassionate care to individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker will be invaluable in helping clients lead fulfilling lives.

Work Environment

You will be part of a facility that operates around the clock, offering 12.5-hour shifts. This position is structured as a zero-hour contract, granting you the freedom to choose your preferred working hours.
