Are you a skilled Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker seeking flexibility in your work schedule?

If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant in the UK, you can become part of our staff bank. After completing a paid two-week orientation, you will gain access to available shifts at our facility, with the potential to work at various locations within our network.

There is no required minimum number of hours to work, although we encourage you to take on shifts regularly to maintain your training and familiarity with our services.

Shifts are available during weekdays, nights, and weekends, all of which can be easily viewed and booked through our user-friendly app. With just a few taps, you can secure the shifts that suit your preferences.

Whether your background is in the NHS or private sector, you can work with us as a Bank Healthcare Assistant, earning an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, along with a variety of benefits such as complimentary meals during shifts and free parking.

Your Responsibilities

You will collaborate with a dedicated team to provide care for individuals with diverse Mental Health needs. Your experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker will be invaluable in helping clients lead fulfilling lives.

This role can be demanding at times, so qualities such as a positive mindset, empathy, resilience, and attentiveness are essential. However, the rewards of witnessing client progress are significant; seeing individuals achieve milestones they previously struggled with is incredibly fulfilling.

Work Environment

Location: Our facility is a 130-bed independent hospital specializing in medium and low secure Forensic Mental Health Services, along with a PICU Mental Health Service.

We provide a comprehensive internal care pathway that supports and empowers individuals in their recovery and rehabilitation.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to personalized assessment and treatment plans for males with mental health challenges, complex care needs, and personality disorders, as well as for individuals in our PICU service.
