About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Trinity Homecare. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prompting and Administering Medication: Ensure clients take their medication as prescribed.
  • Companionship and Social Outings: Engage clients in activities and provide emotional support.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients.
  • General Household Tasks: Assist with cleaning, laundry, and other household duties.
  • Completion of Daily Records: Maintain accurate records of client care and activities.
Requirements
  • Patience, Kindness, and Compassion: Provide empathetic care and support to clients.
  • Enthusiasm and Desire to Help: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Driving Licence Essential: Possess a valid driving license for transportation purposes.
  • 6 Months Professional Live-in Care Experience Preferred: Previous experience in live-in care is desirable.
  • Disclosure Barring Service Check: Complete a DBS check as part of the hiring process.
