About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Trinity Homecare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, promoting their independence and quality of life.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support clients with learning disabilities, young and elderly, in a variety of settings.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Accompany clients on shopping trips and appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Caring and empathetic nature, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • Flexibility and good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Living in the UK and holding the correct right to work documents.
